In the fast paced society we live in, Friendguard is an easy tool to organize your social contact history. But because a phone call or e-mail doesnt always qualify as the point of contact a relationship deserves, we leave it up to you to confirm whether logs from your call history are meaningful. It is of course also on you to input when you see someone in person. We recommend setting aside a 10 minute slot every week to do this. It takes a lot less effort to keep a friend than to make one.
